Super cool. I do actually feel like there was some inspiration there. At the very least, Vin is doing rad ski tricks vs. just riding a snowboard. Cool shit.
 
Holy shit, that's great! The fact that they used skis instead of a snowboard (because snowboards are considered "cooler" by most) is a really good sign for the sport.

It's pretty interesting growing up in a time when skiing is getting noticed more by the public. The "skiers do tricks too?" comment is becoming less common. Pro skiers will we recognized worldwide like Shaun white or Tony hawk are in their sports.

yeah its actually really interesting to watch. I mean I guess I need to admit that it can't be co-incidence that this happened post Olympics. I would bet anything that there was optics generated we can't even imagine.

Still an Olympics hater - but I must admit its neat to see that in a fucking Vin Diesel movie.
