Skiing dehydrated is better

Your bindings can also be effected by the weight loss that comes with being dehydrated. To be safe in case you accidentally drink a bottle of water on the lift you should crank your DINs to the maximum before getting on the hill.

Yeah I weigh myself every morning before I ski and adjust my dins accordingly

Sorry this doesn't apply to me as I ski at speeds where Newtonian physics break down. Please inform me when you have developed a theory that works with relativistic physics.

For every action there is a reaction... For every ounce of water I don't drink, I get that much sicker.
