Want to help out with the insane amount of traffic on I-70 on weekends?? Need to get to the mountain but don't have a ride?? Have room in your ride but can't afford the gas to get you to the mountain??

Check out skicarpool.com. It is a new site in Colorado that helps get people who want rides to the mountain with people who want to drive people up to the mountain. And it is free!!

All you have to do is sign up and create a profile. You an indicate where you ride, what you like to ride (ex. bowls, park, bumbs, etc.), and where you live. You can even win free passes if you get your friends to register.

I know I have seen a lot of you posting this kind of stuff on NS, and thought you might apreciate a site that is dedicated to this.

Help keep the traffic down on I-70 this year and register!!!

p.s. I have no personal stake in this site. I just sell passes for Vail in the fall at Flatirons Mall, and a guy stopped by the booth to tell me about it while I was working yesterday.
