Ski video premier

Looking to get a ski movie premier here at Sunday River during February vacation. I'm not sure the process or costs that run along with something like this. Anyone have an idea on where to start, who to contact? What does it cost to get a TGR movie premier or something like that? Is there any reason legally we couldn't show an old film if we did not charge an entrance fee?
