Not sure if that belongs in ski gabber or media & arts, figure I'll put it in Ski Gabber.

There have been ski videos in the past with original soundtracks, one off the top of my head was Idea. I think some of Tanner Hall's video's as well.

I want to see a ski video where they colab with a dj for the soundtrack. Next years Stept video with a sick trap mix tape. Why hasn't any video production company teamed up with a dj? Pretty sure everyone is a dj these days, it's not like it'd be hard to find a good dj friend to get on board.

Eh, might be an unnecessary expense for a production company to have. And with the money in the ski industry being tight, it could definitely break a movie.

But if the potential to do it is there then I think it's pretty awesome. Nimbus and Tired Eyes Music are a good melding of music and skiing in edits and movies.

Also, the orange new just today?
 
I think the idea would be pretty sick.

Though, there is a wealth of music and small time DJ's that put out great stuff.

But... just not trap music. Please.

I had this same idea years ago after watching Wski106 I felt like something with full DJ mixed audio backings would be sick.

Mat the Alien did some of the soundtrack for Parental advisory so it's not a completely foreign idea. I'm sure somewhere some snowboarding or skateboarding edits have done it.
