Im trying to put together a bangin edit and was wondering if anyone knew how / what program to use to put videos on top of each other. I've seen it pretty often in edits where they place a video in the background and then play smaller windows of videos on top of them. Thats the best way I can explain it so if you still dont know what i mean heres an example:https://vimeo.com/234200966 at time 0:50.

All you have to do is put two videos on top of each other and keyframe motion (scale and position) of the video you want on top of the other video. This works in all non-linear editing programs, but it might not work in a free or mobile verison.

Alright well im only accsutomed to making pretty basic edits. Any non linear editing programs that you recommend that are cheap or free? Thanks!
