Ski Universe Stole My Money!

I ordered a pair of Electric EG2.5 off www.skiuniverse.com about 3 months ago now and never received anything. I called them 5 or 6 times leaving detailed messages as well as emailed them with the same info. Still no answer. Have you guys had problems with Ski Universe? Have any of you guys been in contact with them lately?

threads for how this goes down. almost bought a helmet. i messaged the guy on TGR telling him about the situation so I'll let you know what he responds with and let you know.
 
I bought head mojo 15 from ski universe for 100 bucks and had zero problems at all. Its actually insane the prices they have on their website so fucking cheap. Hopefully this gets sorted out for you that sucks man im sorry to hear that!
 
i just got a message back from them and said you never once sent an email until today. said he would be responding to it tomorrow morning
 
this website is a scam... they just found a template and put it on their webserver... look at their About Us page... it's blank because they have no location... Their business is BS.
 
Awesome, I appreciate you checking that out for me. I had been using the contact page on the website and finally just replied to one of the emails and that worked. Just waiting for a response from them now. I still really want to know why they have not got back to me on the phone.
 
Bump just to let you guys know I never got my money back..The guy emailed me a few times then just stopped answering...avoid buying anything off this website
 
It was a little more complicated because the item I ordered was no longer available. I was just letting people know the outcome of the situation. I appreciate the unnecessary insult, have a good day and go fuck yourself.
