Okay so I am having this debate with some friends and figured I would shout it out so I can get some more shit from you guys hahahah.

Anywho my crew of skier friends range from 36-42 yrs of age. We are EC skiers who ski mainly bumps and glades and sides of trails.

My friends are agressive skier’s who ski fast but make lots of turns, I on the other hand ski super fast but only turn when I need to always maintaining control. On bumps I pop on top of the bumps and stay in the inside corners while they stay inbetween.

I get alot of shit for skiing too fast but a I feel that I ski differently than my old friends.
 
So what you're saying is they're mad you ski moguls faster than them? I think they're just jelly.

But really, if you are actually IN CONTROL and not running people down or wiping put all the time, then ski how you want. Just watch out for the yellow jackets- they sting although it sounds like you can outrun them too.

This. There's no problem with skiing fast as long as you dont have any yellow jackets to worry about.. I straightline 90% of the groomers I ski and I've never gotten yelled at. I guess it depends on the resort.
 
Yea honestly theres truth everything I should probably turn more but I really enjoy skiing fast. It’s mostly in good fun though, I’m sure some of you have this scenario in your ski crew
