So I'm an exchange student In the US and i was so lucky to get close to a ski spot in NY.I was really happy about this, and I was a big ski fan back in my homecountry (denmark) but we don't have any skiing places there due to litteraly no hills. hahaI just realized that i probably wont be able to go back to my local ski hill here in NY due to the beginning of spring sport on the highschool and that I'm gone for the next two weekends. Because it will probably close soon , cause of no snow and small hill on east cost. This just made me really sad (almost close to crying ha) because i will probably not get a full ski season ever in my life again.

I will proabably be able to ski for like one week a year cause its damm expensive to go from denmark to somewhere...

ya man this guy has the right idea...you also dont need snow if you have the right materials and stuff,,, so if the weather isnt going your way you cant still be doing skiing even if its only rails and boxes...its still worth it

ah man thats disappointing..im sure youll find ways to get some good days in tho. a sick day has no price imo.

I always have nightmares about this. I usually dream that my parents move to arizona or I hurt my back and can't ski or my eyes get gouged out and I go blind. Don't worry about it though you'll ski gain

do what i did. no hills in denmark? i rented those little digger things from home depot and just pilled dirt up and up and up and up. in the end i got a nice gradually sloping hill thats 16 vertical feet. its cold enough in denmark im assuming so visit this website to build your own snowguns.

also theres information on building your own ski lift there

Okay, thx for the responses guys! And i just decided to spend my drivers license money to go to a ski camp this summer in france so i can get the ultimate ski experience for this year. And i'll try and build some sort of rail setup or something, you basicly just need snow for take off and landing for that right ?
