Alright my physics final is a 30 min video presentation on anything haveing to do with physics, so naturally I choose skiing mostly so I could justify watching ski videos all day in class. But now its getting down to crunch time so if anyone knows of any good websites explaining the physics of skiing, specifically jumps, ie. velocity, angle of launch, rotation ect. Id greatly appriciate you letting me kno. Also I need to incorperate some sort of interview into this bitch, so if anyone has a video of a park designer talking about makeing a jump or anything that would be cool too. word.

there is no difference between a skier going off of a jump and a bullet being fired. Find the intial velocity, you know acceleration on the Y, and know the distance

and you can find time and every thing else. Use trip for the angle

in my physics book in high school they had problems that involved skiing. it gave you the coefficient of friction of the snow, the angle of the slope, the distance until the jump, etc. look through your book in the projectile motion chapter and i assume youll find something in there
