Ski Partol More Like Ski Police

Well its like 9:00 AM and I'm just taking a run down meteor switch and the guy made me take my pass of my leg so he could "Make a ticket." He said I was riding switch which put the people around me in danger, even though there was no one on the trail other than him. He made me read this bullshit little piece of paper and told me It was my only warning. FUCK YOU SKI PATROL.
 
That guy coulda used them last night. Because as far as I'm concerned we 'never saw him' and just wanted to leave that kid that we don't know that fell sitting there and ski really fast to the bottom.
 
It's perfectly legal to ski switch down meteor. As long as you weren't out of control of about to kill somebody or yourself, he really isn't allowed to "take your pass". Shoulda just told me to peace
 
they said that we cant ski switch with kids around but if no one is around were allowed too so you should of been fine their lameeee
 
I dunno if they had any authority or not but we were getting alot of yells from people during our five person switch Rocket train today.
 
did anyone else have the dude come on the bus for ski club and take like 10 minutes to explain rules that everyone knows but never follows
 
they mostly stop you when your in a "SLOW" zone but they should be worrying about those little kids that cant ski and that are in the tp
 
I love being the slow zone after park and getting whistled at going two miles / hour while snowplowing. It's so awesome.
 
yeah, the ski patroller walked on the bus like he owned bristol and talked like the mountain was getting out of control. i hate how they put those gay gates that say slow up and have some tool stand there yelling slow down
 
i was in line with my friend of the quad and my other friend went up the triple to see what was faster the one with the line or the triple so we are about to get on and these kids like kinda cut us off and we cant get on with them. Next thing we knew there was a ski patrol next to us saying "why didnt you go with them" and before we could even respond he was like "no, go to the back of the line" we had just waited in that line for 20 minutes and we went up the triple. i hate them...
 
Adam (sickgreenhat54), just got his pass suspended for two weeks. He was hitting the side of the booter when apparently there was a hurt kid at the bottom, he couldn't even see him and it's not like there was someone telling him not to go. So he clips the kids skis and Adam goes tumbling for twenty feet and the ski patrol leaves the hurt kid to go take his pass. what a douche. Even when he gets his pass back, he has to take a skiing saftey course. This is why dumb little kids shouldn't be in the big. UGH!!!
 
haha last year when they put up the grid of gaits you had to weev threw coming into the slowzone after park i watched alot of kids kill themselfs on that thing didint see it this year suprize
 
Ya it was kinda sweet though with a bunch of us that were hiking just crowded around. Von filmed it. Don't know why they needed 3 ski patrol to tell us not to do inverts. Did they see anyone besides Betler or were they just singling him out?

Few minutes after they left too a park guy came over and told us all to leave the jump.
 
yhea i was there and ski patrol was so gay about it. i was bombing down comit and the ski fags told me i cant go fast wich is compleat bull shit becasuse its a race trail. i hate bristol patrolers
 
I don't know his name cuz I've never asked him... But I'll ask him tomorrow and post it in here. He gets season passes for free and shit... No joke.
 
3 other friends and i got sent to the security office and threatened by the patrollers to be arrested today and kicked out for skiing on the old quantum leap trail my god that trail is sooo worth it
 
i was thinking about that yesterday, but there is really no hiding the fact that you poached it. i believe it was worth it though.

question tho, backflips are illegal at bristol? i really want to throw it down but i haven't seen anyone throw em. dont want to deal with the patrol again and look at a BAN from bristol.
 
yea they are illegal, if you are super worried about gettin caught, throw one off the hip or mini booter in the small park because ski patrol is never in there.
 
False. Quantum Leap is an existing trail. Bristol just hardly ever gets enough natural snow fall to open it. Actually they get enough snow more often than you would think, it's just that they are pussies and won't open it unless there's a 3 foot base.

As for backflips, all inverted tricks are "prohibited". Technically you aren't allowed to do anything where you go completely inverted, so lincolns, fronts, backs, and d-spins, and any aerial maneuvers are not allowed. However, those rules should only stop you if you're a bitch.
 
Last year ski police made me go down in a sled because i didnt have a brake on one of my skis. He wouldnt even let me walk down.
 
My senior year in high school there was snow up a little past my knees on it. The day of girls alpine racing sectionals i skied it with two of my friends. We went down a side trail a little bit and hiked through the woods in.... to avoid ducking the rope i guess (we were retarded). We skied fresh pow all the way down and then a guy was helping pick up the race course and he flagged down my first friend and like an idiot he skied over to him so we (like idiots) followed. The man screamed in our faces "WHAT RUN WAS THAT?!?!?!?!?" and my friends go "Our last one lolllll" and he screams back while grabbing my friends by the collar "YOUR GOD DAMN RIGHT IT IS!!!!!!!! THAT'S TRESPASSING! YOU'RE LUCKY I DON'T TAKE YOU INSIDE, CALL THE POLICE AND HAVE YOU ARRESTED!!!"

My friend laughed and said "ARRESTED FOR WHAT HAHA" and he said "TRESPASSING!!!!! IT'S A CRIME!!!!!! GOING ON A CLOSED TRAIL IS TRESPASSING!!!!". We didn't know what to do and he screamed at us to "GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE AND IF I SEE YOU THE REST OF THE SEASON OR NEXT SEASON I WILL HAVE YOU ALL ARRESTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

We then proceeded to ski down as fast as possible, attempt to ski down the stairs and run to the bus that we were 10 minutes late to.

Shit's weak.

Or how about the time the guy that was head of the race department wouldn't let this one kid from Fairport and me run coats down the side of the GS course and he sad that if we did it he was gonna take our passes and said he didn't care, like wait until the end of the run haha

We had to side slip between the fence and the woods on like a 200cm strip of snow. Wow.
 
hahahaha they fucking pulled 3 of my friends passes for an hour today for going "too fast" through the slow zone gate on haleys run.
 
almost got my pass cut today. i was hauling ass out of the park and went to hit a side booter on the left. like 10 feet away from it i realized ski patrol was standing right beside it... and i tried to avoid him and go off of the jusm, but then ski patrol jabbed his pole right in the middle of the jump, i hooked my ski on it, flew into another patroler and landed on his skis, which made me catch and edge and knock a girl over.

then the patrol comes down, screaming his ass off, saying im never gonna be allowed back, he was sooo fucking pissed! i start yelling at him about how i could not see the guy and he tripped me, but him being an ignorant asshole, wouldn't listen.

i got escorted down by like 3 patrols, and had to talk to security and told him what happened, he asked my friend also if it was true, and then put my name into the books and let me go, but said i couldn't ski in the park, so i changed my clothes and went right back up...lol.

oh and btw there's gonna be 2 new T-boxes 20 feet each, and a 36ft DFD box!!!!
