My recommendation is take a look at the threads in this section about what jobs are available, then go to college (preferably in a ski industry heavy city like Salt Lake City, UT, Boulder, CO, Portland, OR or Burlington, VT) and major in the thing that most appeals to you on that list of jobs (graphic designer, business manager, or anything "shop"). While at school look for internship opportunities with ski companies or resorts and make connections. Once you graduate you can use those connections to get a job in the industry.
Your other option is to find a ski resort or a shop that is hiring and try and work your way up the ladder...but be warned, these will be the lowest paying jobs, they're mostly seasonal, and it's quite difficult to work your way up to something higher paying without tremendous amounts of work and/or skill. Seriously...going to school is the best way to go.
Also, are you really sure you want a job in the industry? Just because you work for a ski company or in the ski industry doesn't mean you'll be able to ski more (it actually usually means you'll ski less than if you had a job outside of the industry).
