i'm about 5'10" 165 lbs and i'm saving up for a new pair of skis and i really want something that's gonna be fat, buttery and fairly rockered because i like soft skis and being able to butter and press and stuff. i have faction candide 2.0s right now and i like them a lot but i'm looking for something a little more flexible and i flexed the 2019 ones at a shop and it seems as if they've softened up a fair amount but im not sure if i should get those because they aren't super rockered. i originally wanted to buy the vishnu wides but they are out of stock and i don't really want the wets because they are so narrow. i've also considered the on3p magnus 102s but I've also heard they're pretty stiff and heavy and im not an incredibly big person so im worried i won't be able to put in the amount of strength necessary to get them to flex. would they be fine or is it worth the extra money to get them custom built with softer carbon fiber? what should i do? if a ski is rockered, will i still be able to butter regardless of stiffness just by leaning back into the rocker? please help

i haven't really looked into moments much, i have looked at the arv 106 and i'm not sure about past years models but i flexed a pair of 2019 ones and they were wayyy stiffer than what i'm looking for. i haven't looked into nomad 105s either but i was under the impression that they're stiff too. would i be wrong?

i kinda want to avoid the blend mainly because it just seems like it's not a super great quality ski and it doesn't really have a super consistent flex throughout the ski, it's just super soft in the tips and tails. i had a pair of traveling circus skis and they were the exact same way, they were noodles in the tips and tails but stiffer underfoot and i wasn't a huge fan

Why do you wa t such a flexy ski? A stiffer rocketed ski is so much more fun than a soggy noodle ski. Each to there own I guess. The new candid is softer than last years model. If you want rocker and noodle get vishnu wet.
 
The movement Fly series in 95-105 seems like a pretty sick match to what you’ve described, I guess your in North America though? Might be pretty hard to find them over your way.

i had actually been looking at those and they seem pretty sick and i've heard they're flexible and stuff but yeah i'm in denver and i was looking on their website and i didn't even know how to go about buying them
