.Roockley. Active member Apr 8, 2012 #2 all depends what you want to do i go with skis the same height as me for park just for stability, shorter skis work well for spinning though i'm 5 11 and ride 178s

corona Active member Apr 8, 2012 #4 I'd go longer if I were you. like 175-185 range. you're not tall, but you're also not light as a feather. 166 is definitely too short. go demo a pair of 178's or something and see how you like em
