Need recommendations for a friend. decent skier new to park

5feet 4 inches probably around 130 pounds. looking for durable park ski to learn on and progress is around midwest park rats so groomers and park maybe a little moguls budget around 300-350 not too much.I recommended him head mojo 12 from level nine for bindings, are they good?
