Anybody who get's that cannot render 3d scene message, please post your CPU manufacturer, type, current clock speed, etc..

Also include you graphics card (it's speed if overclocked...), memory amount and speed, motherboard, and any other system component that you feel could be causing the problem...

you need a specific starting terrain and alsorts of complex stuff.

you can design the layout or sumthing but ill give you guys the actual files (3ds max 6)

it crashes my computer every time i start skiing.....everything else works godo though....just when i try to play the game it freezes my computer.

try reducing the camera range and tree number. you are probably just rendering realy slowly. oh and by the way Triangle counts go at about 20000 with no trees on max camera range, 25000 for trees low, 30000 trees medium,40000 for max.

its about a 2000 to 4000 triangle difference if you change the camera range from low to max

Vail is about 10000 more per tree level

hey everything works fine the menu and skis and all but when i get to play i dont see anything i only see the jump bar and speed bar but the screen is black and i dont so no skier or park or nething can anybody tell me why

mikee, could you (or someone) create a refreshed version with few new, totally white skis (like one ski size of powderski and two of park ski) so everyone could do a ski they like. i know your tired and things, but maybe someone else with skills to do it?

IT keeps telling me that like the file is not valid and i have tried to open it with all the extracting programs. I have also tried re-downloading it many times

if you get a not Win32 application error then i dont know what going on. i just reinstaled windows and now some self extracting executables dont work and give me the not W32 application message. when i figure it out ill tell you. make sure that you have updated windows and drivers. also check for viruses/spyware

Being out there skiing every day, good or bad, just playing around with friends, with no contests or filming- that is the real spirit of skiing for me. that is why i started skiing, and if i lose those moments that is what will make me stop skiing.

i don't know if anyone else has this problem, but i can't do the advanced grabs. using combo's of the z,x,c,v keys. any tips/help>?
