ski bummin

I was thinking about what to do after I graduate, housing in any good ski resort is so damn expensive and staff housing is not a permanent thing... You buy an motorhome (a nice one) and a car you can tow, and then you can live in your motorhome. You could have a main resort where you work at and then travel. It would be a cheap way to go, i know a guy who lives at Riverside in Whistler all year around int his big ass motorhome that is really nice. Use you car to drive into town, retire in your motorhome, no house bills, just utilities. What do you guys think?? Dont answer me if your really young, your opinion does nothing.

Ride the Skogan, it is dope!

cars and motor homes are expensive to buy upfront...id rather live in the village and pay rent.

Riverside charges $20 per night. that's still $600 a month. I'd rather pay that much to have a room in a house.

'When I go skiing on Thursday, I'm gonna grab my skis! Grabbing didn't even EXIST the last time I skied!' - a snowboarder co-worker who is going skiing on Thursday.

plus a good mohome these days is supa expensive they can run like 200-400 grand

i've always been thinking of the shelter issue of being a bum.

I spend my summers moving around from place to place living in a tent (last night was the first night in 4 months sleeping inside a house)... personally i think it's a kick ass way to get around paying rent. you can go anywhere you want, set up camp wherever you find suitable, and take off whenever you want.

before this winter i'm finally gonna stop being lazy and buy myself a 4 season tent and a nice sleeping bag. should be a good time.
