Ski base/edge - where to buy?

k, so I might make a pair of skis in woods this year and was wondering where you buy the base and edge material.

And if someone could invite me to the ski builders cult that would be great

 
usually you don't make skis out of pure wood. but like the kid said above you could use a shit load of p-tex! you would most likely have to make your own edges. The whole thing would probably be a waste of money cuz you wouldn't like the way they rode.
 
ya probably. cuz i'd have make a pressm get fiberglass, base, something for edges and i would almost for sure skrew it up a couple of times
