anyone ever notice how brutal it can be in some places? i went out tonite and got my skate caught in pressure cracks and bailed when my skate hit a majorly uneven part of the ice

thats life. i liked the canal.. along with the holes.. some of those holes are huge.. and the beaver tails.. oh god. love the beaver tails.. never knew a canadian fuzzy animal could sponsor such good tasting food

It's true, it's the canal, not a hockey arena with zambonies.. considering it's the longest skating ring in the world, and it's free, you really can't complain.

I could complain a hell of a lot,

for 1, the rental shack i went to rent skates at was closed so i had to walk all the way to the nac.

secondly, when i got there they wanted $15 for the 1st 2 hours + a $50 dollar deposit,

if that didn't spoile a fucken date, i don't know what would......
