Skate 3 Demo

I downloaded it yesterday and went straight to hardcore mode. I felt stupid. Just trying to hit that first rail took a bit. I feel once I buy the game hardcore mode is the difficulty I'm going to play. Thanks to the people that said do the tutorials. I figured it would have been like skate 2. When I get home from class I'm definitely going to hit some jumps. But when you restart after the 20 mins are up can you still get into the tutorial runs instantly or do you have to do the tutorial again?
 
I just figured out that if you play online, you can access part of that big structure in the back corner behind all the stairs that you can't get to in single player. There's a huge stairset and a pretty sick gap at the top of the stairs.
 
start, then x on playstation, probably a on xbox.
the demo is soo sick. Hardcore mode actually makes the game difficult, the new tricks work perfect, and hall of meat is now sooo much fun
 
i was just fucking around with some crails and stuff and it looks like it's fixed yeah

also hardcore mode is fucking awesome

also to the guy asking if you can skip all the bullshit but still skate the training compound, yes you can and i highly suggest doing it, there are 6 runs that are pretty fun to explore and skate. just teleport to any of the lessons and turn around and you can choose any of the 6 runs
 
you could in skate 1. just need to know how!

skate 1 was the best with 2 and now 3 they seem to have cheaped out and everything looks shitty, the movement system doesn't flow well and everything seems floaty.
 
same as always, but in this one you cant flip as early. by that i mean dont do the flip with the left stick til a split second later than you normally would, and be very deliberate about it, if you do it too early you wont flip. sort of a pain in the ass but it's pretty easy to get used to. and i think flipping and corks and stuff are easier in this one besides that little part, ive landed some pretty sketchy shit, even in hardcore mode
 
I finally got it down. It's not really harder you just have to time it a little later like other people have been saying.

I love that you can run around with your board, hitting people in the face. It will probably get so annoying in multiplayer though
 
Does anyone have a video of them slaying shit in hardcore mode? I am so stoked for this game but i wont be buying a ps3 for a month or so, shit sucks.
 
i just doubled off a rail. il upload it in a little while but it put a down-up rail at the beggining of the jump #4 at the traning area, and its a sick cannon rail. dub flat 720.
