I dont know what size skis i should get...I have 164 right now, and I like the size they are, but by the looks of everyone else, they are using skis that are taller than they are, I ride about 50/50 for park and montain...I thouhgt about getting 165s but now not sure...I am about 5.8'

I just thought a taller ski wouold not be as stable.
 
find some 200 AK rocket labs and you will be set

no really, 165 isnt manditory go out and by a new ski, but yes, a bigger ski would probably suit you alot better def something in the 175 ish range
 
if you arent doing all park there is no need to center mount, probly ski them -3 from true center depending on the size of the ski
