The "The Lazyboy" is a short documentary about Alex Cairns, a sit skier from Squamish, BC. He was born with Spinal Bifida which left him paralyzed from the knees down. 6 years ago his grandmother signed him up for his first ski lesson. Although he didn't enjoy it much at first he stuck with it. Now Alex is 21 years old and skiing for the BC Para-Alpine Ski Team, but racing isn't the only type of skiing Alex likes to do. Freeskiing is his true passion. Sending cliffs, shredding steep lines and boosting jumps was what attracted Alex to the sport.

So awesome. I like how some of these sit skiers have start to come out of the woodwork over the past few years, and are finally getting their spot in the limelight. Ha, bunch of these guys are sending it wayyyyyy harder then I ever will to. Awesome stuff!

Huge props to Alex. I had know idea that he only started in 07. He rips like he has been doing it forever.

finally! I couldn't wait to see it after watching the trailer a while back, and it was even better than I imagined, great story, and he kills it! some of the lines he was hitting would have normal skiers second guessing themselves
