Hey ns,

I have had my eyes on the Bacon's for a while now and considering dropping the cash for them. Can anyone tell me how they ride and the durability on them? overall pros and cons for these skis. Thanks

Yea the Blister review is good, there's also a few on NS:https://www.newschoolers.com/news/read/The-Roofbox-Depth-2016-Line-Sir-Francis-Bacon,https://www.newschoolers.com/reviews/3948/Sir-Francis-Bacon

In terms of ride they're pretty much what you'd expect- playful, pretty surfy and all around fun all-mountain jib style ski. Probably a little stiffer than you'd expect given that they're meant to be a buttery ski, certainly nowhere near as soft as some of Line's other skis like the Blend. As for durability it's gonna depend on what you're riding. They don't have the extra thick base & edges that all of Line's park skis have so they'll get banged up on rails faster, but for general riding and all mountain they should be pretty tough unless they take a rock to the base.
