So of course you've all heard about the entire continent of europe shutting down because of snow. except its not even half a foot. really? New york had 20 inches and its airports were closed for half a day

Most European cities, London for example, don't have snow in the Winter on a regular basis unlike a lot of US/Canadian cities and don't budget for snow clearing devices. So when they do get a lot of snow in a short space of time they are unprepared and have no other way of dealing with it and therefore shut the airports.

i can assure you, london is possibly the worst with snow fall, 4cms and literally everything stops planes, trains, sporting events and automobiles
