Sierra Nevada College SSC Pre-Season Rail Jam Ideas/Suggestions

We just hosted our dual movie premiere as our first Ski/Board Club event at Sierra Nevada College (Incline Village, NV). The next event I am looking to host is a pre-season rail jam. Back home... pre-season jams were always the most fun and attended jam of the year. I am hoping to bring something similar to SNC and the surrounding area. I know it is getting late and Boreal will being opening hopefully soon with others to follow so let's get this rolling!

It would be prime to host a pre-season jam on campus. However, I'm new to the area and I have no idea where the closest ice rink is to Incline Village to truck in ice shavings for snow. We would also run into liability issues, no great drop-in zone, or any rails as some of the problems.

My next step would be to reach out to a local resort and team up with them. They could aid us with supplying rails, liability coverage, and a prime location/zone to host a rail jam.

Any suggestions of which resorts in the area would be best to contact in terms of hosting a pre-season rail jam???

Any help/ideas/suggestions/etc would be greatly appreciated!!! Feel free to pm me or post in this thread for others to see and share further ideas.

Call up Sky Tavern, they helped out some dude's last year, as for the Ice Rink, I have no idea, but Rose may get snow soon you could bring down, not sure if it will hold as well as rink shaving, but worth a try.
