sidewall construc?

does sidewall construction on your park ski do anything for you. i has 1260's with out sidewall and now i have the PEs that have sidewall and i cannot tell a diff.

Sidewall vs. cap...

Sidewall tends to delam easier than cap. Sidewall provides a more solid underfoot platform than cap, and usually carves better. Many companies have a combination of cap/sidewall (cap in tip/tail for non-delamination and easier turn initiation and sidewall underfoot for good carving and solid landings)
