so i FINALLY graduated college and i was looking forward to getting excited about moving back to CO soon. but as soon as i got in my car to drive home for christmas for a couple weeks, i started getting a fever. it was full blown by the time i got to the last hour of the trip. i've now be laid out, sick as all hell, for 3 days...and the biggest bummer is im so fucking wrecked that i cant even get stoked about skiing, i want to die.
 
tell me about it, i got home on saturday, skied a day then got sick. i've got a fever and now i'm coughing up this greeny/brown gunk. depression really sets in when you cant ski.
 
dude word, i tried watching a ski vid just to stay happy but it just made my head hurt after a few minutes
and yesterday my temp was fucking 103.5, and im still coughing up the most ridiculous shit ever
 
im sitting looking out the window watching it dump right know as my brothers up skiing, and i was suppsoed to go but cant.

and cant go tomorrow

and cant go sunday.

and were supposed to be getting about 10" of snow too.

fuck.

 
im kinda glad my parents dont live where theres snow so i dont have to see it coming down...but watching live radar and seeing reports is bad enough
fuck it, ill be out there and healthy before new year's
 
that blows man. I always get sick on vacations I think its because my body can like relax from school and it just lets me get sick. it sucks but im feelin pretty good now and its christmas vacation
 
i think that's exactly what happened. ive been halfway sick for like 2 weeks but because ive had my thesis and a bunch of other papers/exams breathing down my neck ive just willed myself to stay healthy...then i just crashed and burned the moment i got home
like i say though, as long as im healthy enough to move before new year's ill be happy, but right now it blows
