Sick waterproof/water-resistant vests? (other than saga or jiberish)

looking for a sick water-resisant/proof black vest to wear over hoodys and jackets skiing. lookin for something other than jiberish and saga. kinda like danes in revolver. any suggestions?
 
if you have basic sewing skills, make your own. not too hard to do and materials are only like $30
