Sick of Double Corks

I may be the only one but in my opinion I am sick of seeing double corks. It seems like thats all anyone does. There so dope and I would love to learn them but there so overused and seen. For example in KOS some guys would just do the same trick and would only do double cork with the classic mute grab. Dont get me wrong they look sweet and all but its just getting old. I would rather see someone do some new invert or variation with a cool and interesting grab then some trick with the same grab everyone else does. Like casabon did some switch truck thing which I thought looked so much better than anything else hence the "style" in KOS but no the guy who could spin won and who I dont think has the best style.Just saying. What do you guys think?

driving the truck requires effort which doesn't make the trick as effortless. also B-Paul did a different grab with more style, and look where that got him, only because Rolland has a name.
 
well good cuz me and my homies are headin up to A basin and were gonna build a jump tommorow and im gonna do a triple cork 1980 no big GET HYPED!
 
I think B-Paul should have won, he had the sickest trick of anyone, Casabons switch 9 was good but not as cleanas he usually does it, but he should have atleast made it through

jk, im getting sick of dub corks as well. they are becoming so played out. casabon has the BEST style out of any one, he should of easily one KOS!
 
Remember when we were sick of sw 10's? Same things. Something ill will come out and everyone will be hyped then get sick of them... Its a never ending story... wait...

People can do smooth dubs and make them look totally sick(Elias) but never will a double ever have more style than a properly thrown 5 or 9( Casabon)
 
BRING BACK THE KANGAROO FLIP! I love watching a nice big kang taken to the bottom of the landing way more then a double cork. Especially Henriks from JOSS 2 years ago with the shifty.
 
great dude, im sure everybody here is really stoked on hearing this for the ten millionth time. double corks are here to stay, if you dont like them then you dont like them. some people do, and some people dont. you bitching and whining about it isnt gonna change a damn thing though. it'd be different if this is the first time someone brought this up but, its not, weve heard it all before. this argument is played out and nothing is gonna change becuase its the direction that our sport is going.

I dont understand the logic of you guys. Wuy aren't you tired of mutes, 450 on, and 1260's, i love dobbel corks. Wouldent you guys trow your most tecnical/sickest trick in comps.
