eh, it's a good product for gapers/people who snowboard 5 days a year. But there is no way in hell those would last me a 120 day season in the park.

I'll stick with my Unions. 200+ days on one pair, 100+ on the other.

i wouldn't trust em. also, if it's not broken, don't fix it. nothing wrong with current binding technology. imagine the same idea but with ski bindings, people would think that it's retarded.

you mean imagine if we had a soft inner sole that we put into a hard shell then clipped onto the ski?

a bit like a soft boot strapped into a hard binding clipped onto the snowboard..?

your right that would be retarded

no, you're misinterpreting my comment. we're talking about bindings, not boots, though I think you know that...

yeah but what i mean is, if you are strapping the binding to your boot before its on the snowboard... it becomes more part of the boot, and the binding becomes the peice that is used to bind the boot too the snowboard.

its just a different way of looking at it and it kind of makes sense. the binding almost becomes a shell like on a ski boot and then it looks like it twists and locks into the base, which is what becomes the new binding... (seems obvious when you think about it)

and if that locking mechanism is any good and holds up, it could be decent.... problem is everyone is skeptical over clip on snowboard boots because in the past they have always broken and been dodgy and just not held up as good... so they will have a hard time trying to convince people... but you got to admit, strapping in and out is the most annoying bit of snowboarding.

Hey, thanks for all of the discussion and comments, good or bad. To get a better idea of how they operate and how much you can beat on them, check out the videos on the site:

Hope everyone has a sick season. Bon Hiver!
