that i want for graduation/birthday. fuck it is freeking awsome, it has a Geforce 6800 and it is a laptop! not to mention a gig of ram and a p4 3.6 ghz. the best part is, my parents may actually get it for me

Sick Computer, but I really don't see why a laptop should be that large and heavy. It sort of defeats the purpose of a laptop.

I would much rather have something with a 15 inch screen that was much more portible.

thats def not worth the price tag, i have basically the same laptop for around $1,600, plus that thing is huge and that red color is nasty

 
hypersonic is expensive, some other site where you can do the same thing are....www.cyberpowerinc.com www.sagernotebook.com and just as expensive but really good www.alienware.com

 
''if it had an AMD 64 bit processer with a Radeon vid card, you'd be way better off (at roughly the same price)'' very much agree, the problem is that the ATI X800 isnt due in laptops for a while and the best thing you can get ati wise in a laptop is a radion 9700 pro (not that that would be bad....) and you cant get a AMD 64 processor and have enough power for an extremly good mobil vid card like that.

and, i searched for a damn long time and that was the best price for that shit. I know about cyberpower.com! they are great, i got our last 2 desktops from them, but they dont have a laptop with that vid card in it and as good of a processor in it. hypersonic, atleast for that and most other laptops, it seams is not expensive. (well it is if you get a fancy paintjob for $400 or $500 extra but it is not like they force you to do that...)
