I've been wanting to go on a road trip to some sick concerts this summer, are there any techno concerts or just anything else thats gonna be off the chain this summer in the NorthEast?

Not sure about techno, but you might enjoy camp bisco. They have some house djs, a lot of electro and what not. Not really my scene but I'm most likely going this year.
If you want some chill fests. Check out nateva this year. First year fest in the absence of rothbury. It's going to be pretty sick. I'm going to mountain jam summercamp, vibes, moe.down strangecreek, and bear creek this year too.
What other stuff are you looking for on your roadtrip? good hikes, or cool places to visit?
