Okay, so I bought a hat, 15 shipped a whillllllle ago. I never got it after about a week, he said to PM him the following Wednesday if I still didnt get anything and he'd hook me up with a new hat or what not. That Wednesday I pm'd him since I still had no hat, and at that point I kinda just wanted a refund. Since then he hasn't even logged on to NS (at least a month), so if anyone knows where he is, it'd probably help me be less annoyed. I know he's legit and everything, considering people buy hats off him all the time. All I really want is a hat or a refund.
 
Yes he is at Hood working at the lodge. he can still make way legit hats and stuff, but it is hard to get ahold of him. he is still way legit even though he dosent have any internet up at tline and govy
 
yeah just let him know a couple kids are waiting for some stuff.. Mines not that big a deal, considering its like 15$, but I dont know about others. Just give him a little heads up.
 
yeah his hat business is legit no worries. sometimes it's easy to forget about making a hat i should know. you just have to set aside an hour or so and its just hard. no worries tho once you start it it's all you wanna finish.

alright hommys, i talked to him today, and give him a bunch of shit about not sending his stuff. haha. the hats are already made, i seen em, he is going to maiil the shit out by next week.
 
Word hes the man, deffantly 100% legit and he has some of the dopest hats from every time i've talked to him (1 day of skiing) i could tell he was an honest dude
 
I just talked to Greg, and he told me to tell you that he's a huge gaper, not to mention the fact that he LOVES fatties. Other than that, he was in a rush to get out to Hood and fucked up the shipping for all of the stuff, and it got sent back to his house after he had left. His mommy is sending the shit out to Hood where he just got a PO box (and doesn't have internet) and so he'll be shipping out the goods next week.

plus he loves dudes.
 
word, ask him about my hat too. He said he was in the process of making on the road trip but I never heard back from him. I haven't paid for it, just wondering though :)

Yeah same... no point in wearing a hat now.. its 80 degrees out. At least I could have worn it when it was still spring.. whatevs. Hopefully he didn't spend all the cash out in hood.. I'd rather have my money..
 
yep this is gay. I definitly just want money back... I dont think i'll see a hat anytime soon.
 
Soooo.. I'm kinda tired of these self-proclaimed companies.. Honestly, I dont know why I bought a hat from a kid over the internet.. If you tell the general public that you are a vendor of some sort, you better be prepared to deal with customer service issues.. This guy (Greg?) could have at least told us or at least attempted to let us know that he wasn't going to get the hats out to us, then he could have offered full (paypal fee's included) refunds. Even if I get my hat, I'm sending it back on his dollar, and getting my money back. 3 months and not even a REAL explanation from the source? I don't care if its 15 dollars, I want my money back. I don't care if he's young either, he's probably out having a grand old time using the money we gave him.. I'm fed up, I wouldn't be so bitter if we had a little more explanation and a little less time to wait.

i know you all are mad and stuff that you bought hats from him and havent recieved them..greg owns/runs whiteout headwear and he has made many many legit transactions..being a rider for greg (whiteout) I will personally see to it that you get some extra goodies for the hat if you recieve them..i will PM him and let him know what the deal is and see if he wont hook you up..if not ill hook you up at my descretion..
 
I know he's made legitimate transactions and had a (previously) good rep (imo), but waiting three months with no response has left my opinion to be a little bit harsh and very disappointed. Yeah it'd be cool to get free goodies, but the fact that he hasn't really put any effort to solve any of his own 'companies' problem has left me no choice but to just not want to deal with it at all. A simple apology a couple months ago along with his reasoning would have sufficed.. but (to my knowledge) no one has been in real contact with him, unless they're actually skiing with him.
 
I love how everyone on here is all "he's so legit", yet he took money from MULTIPLE people and hasn't responded in months. To me, that is the opposite of legit.
 
i sat with old greg many hours while he made all your hats. by the way, the blue one with the brown and the ear flaps and the tassles is reeeetaaaaahhhhded looking. anyways, greg has a full time job so its difficult to get to the post office seeing as he was working during the same hours that the post office was working and the only way he could get internet was to come over to my house to steal it, and it stopped working for about our last month at hood. greg left a few weeks ago headed to colorado where hes now homeless, but he still has all your hats. hes living in the woods and doesnt even have cell service not to mention internet. so give him a break, its hard living on your own. you'll get your hats soon enough, its summer, youre not going to wear it right now. time is of the essence.

no excuses for that shit man, he needs to send these out, he made a committment to many people and he hasnt fulfilled it. he is far from legit at this point, regardless of what he is selling. he should be embarrassed as now is on the same level as those other THIEVES on newschoolers who believe it or not, everyone hates on for good reason.
 
i love everyone claiming his legit-ness, and yet people have been waiting for over 3 months to get hats, and a tripod in one guys case, either way thats the opposite of legit.
