Shredsauce not working?

Tried to get my usual morning shredsauce grind on but, was halted by an error message that read,

"Warning: mysqli_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused in /home/malcolmarcand/shredsauce.com/level/checkIfLevelExists.php on line 14

Connection failed: Connection refused".

Not sure if anyone else is getting this, tried to switch browsers and restart my computer, but nothing fixed it.
