Shred training in mtl

so im from mtl but live in st annes pretty secluded from all the stuff there is to do so i have no idea where to adventure to on other parts of the island. I was hoping someone could point me to a sweet trampoline place where they have regular drop in sessions as well as locations of dope skateparks if you know the price, indoor/outdoor, please include them. And one more thing a nice pool with a sweet set of diving towers. +k to anyone who helps me find some sweet spots

For trampo I only know about Laval and Terrebonne since I'm from the north shore. They're not far away though
