Showdown is........

oh ya and this weekend was sick! yesterday was the best day in a long time at showdown.. knee deep turns and plenty of face shots for everyone.
 
shit you think showdown snow is good tj? move to bozeman. Ive gotten more sick pow days this year than i have my entire skiing life. fuck slowdown and their shitty snow. viva la bridger, big sky, and moonlight!
 
oh yes... it was excellent... except for the temperatures. we had a high of -10 celcius today and -27 with wind chill but the skiing was amazing
 
If you're headed to Showdown... Slow down... and go to Lost Trail instead. It's fun in the trees, me and my killa bees, gonna shank you straight in the head.

On the real though, Showdown? I've never been, always wanted to check it out though. How long is the drive from LT?
 
well showdown is about one hour from great falls, great falls is 3-4 hours from missoula and i'm not sure how far it is from missoula to LT. showdown's park is pretty sub par except for a few rails and the big air comp weekend. we do however have great snow and sometimes (like last weekend the 38 inches) get lots of pow. if your into some steeps there are about 6 runs that you can lap with 5 minute lift rides until your thighs are dead
