should i get ski wax?

Ummmmmm....it helps if you like to move. Wax is cheap and you can do it yourself. Just get some. You'll wonder why everyone else is skiing past you and you'll remember you don't have any wax on your skis...

Friction = Bad : Wax = Good

If you ski any kind of 'back country' you have to hike in and out of, or if you ever ride on flat cat tracks wax is life. If you only ski park and rails, and you don't have any jumps over 40 feet, wax isn't really necessary. Just don't expect your skis to last multiple seasons.
