hey people, i need some help

i a ski on a midwest hill with a couple hundred vertical feet, if that

i started doing spins this year and im starting to dial in my 180s and 360s natural and unnatural

i wanted to start trying bigger spins, but the problem is that im worried the jumps are just to small

ooops accidentally submitted a bit early

well the jumps are too small to float anything over a 3 on

and ive seen lots of posts about how hucking tricks looks bad and id like to get into some comps next year

im just wondering whether i should just stick with 3s and maybe 5s or learn to huck bigger stuff

most of the big air comps in my area are won with corked 7s, and i know there is almost no chance of practicing corked 7s on a 20 foot table top

how big are the jumps, you dont't want a really small jump but you also don't want to try a 5 or 7 your first time off the biggest jump you can find. IMO i think a smaller jump would be better than a big one just to get the spin down, then you can work on style on bigger ones, cause on of my friends can spin 5's off rollers and 7's and 9's off really small sets, he can also steeze them out on big booters

Ive seen a 12 spun in the midwest, my friend used to do em back in the days of homemade twins....

Rock that shit

Yeah it's true.. I heard the Bush administration now controls 80% of the worlds magic.

I can't spin anything bigger than a 5 off anything smaller than like 25 or 30 ft...

It sucks cause like the only shit that I get to ski frequently is like 5 ft. tall and like 8 ft. long. It sucks ass, but it's better than some people have, so I guess it's not that bad...

you can get up to a 7 on a ten foot table. last year i started spinning and i learned 7's on like a tiny table, like less than 10 ft. Now we have bigger jumps and im working on getting rid of the pencil shit

yes i am real

You will at leats be able to do 5's maybe 7's where you are. You don't need a massive hit for them.

i started spinning 5's on smaller jumps to get used to the spin and landings then i went to bigger jumps and now im just working on slowing the rotation down getting the grab in and styling it out

I don't know. This all sounds pretty dangerous...

Anyway, I think you should go for it if you feel comfortable trying it. I used to spin 9's off a 10' table a couple years ago so I know it's possible. Sure, it might look a little hucked, but if you want to learn them, you'll have to try them some time. Plus if you learn them on something small, you'll find it a lot easier to spin them off of bigger jumps.
