Should I be concerned?

So my binding kinda snapped...i rode on it yesterday and it didnt feel weird but im still concerned. On the top ring rail in cracked off and broke down under the binding. It is last years Marker Griffons so they are pretty new. Would this be replaceable by warranty?

I've had that happen on Jesters and it can cause problems. The track may be replaceable under warranty but the tracks are also super cheap. I bought a new one from a local shop for like $5.
