Short films

im really into editing, camerawork, and cinematography, but none of my friends ski so i cant really make a good ski edit. i didnt really wanna post these up in my video section since they have nothing to do with anything, plus i figured id get more views here. anyway im basically just curious to see what you guys think of some of the stuff ive done.... they are all very weird and abstract so be ready lol. here are links to my favorite ones... thanks!

the fear one turned out just how I wanted it to..haha. A cool touch might have been like, when panning over the tools again, maybe one of them is out of place or something and dripping implying that it was used..just my opinion. Nice work though.
 
well the kid i do them with (greg karlin) has gone to a film camp, so he knows a good amount on lighting and cinematography. all of the editing is from scratch....
 
yes! you see it the way i do... a lot of people think maybe he dreamt the whole escape scene. when he falls in the woods, we wanted to show the evil dude like capturing him again to show why he didnt get away, but the camera battery died and we didnt feel like goin back to the woods another day.

i love that idea of a dripping tool.... thats gonna piss me off we didnt do that every time i watch this now haha.

I'm an indie filmmaker more than a ski movie maker, and i definitely liked "goodbye ruby tuesday." I've made a few movies that are similar to "fear" unfortunately none of them are on the internet.
