Basically, a guy gunned down 8 people at the beer distribution warehouse he worked at after he was subject to some racist stuff and then asked to resign. It's crazy to hear about stuff like this happening so close to home, I used to live about a minute car ride from Manchester.

If your not a felon or have been institutionalized they are require by state law to give you a permit.

It one of the easiest places to get a CCP. Have you even tried?

The only places in the country that do not issue some type of CCP are Was. DC, Illinois and WIsconsin

I live in Maryland but only play in the snow out in summit. maryland is extremely strict on issuing permits and you are required to demonstrate that you have a good cause due to threats occuring beyond your residence. They almost never approve them here.

If I were black and that happened to me, I probably would've gone on a rampage against whoever did it. I would never have killed 8 innocents, though. That's just fucked up, but I hope the one that sent him the note and drew the noose got what he deserved. There's no excuse on either side for what happened.

I've been working at a package store right near the area for the past 6 years. We do tons of business with HDI and overtime I've met and became good friends with many of the people that worked there, 2 of which died from this shit

Oh for sure Maryland is a "May Give" state its really hard to get but a letter of recomindation from your local chief of police may help. I live in WA so i can just have one. But I'm from Boston and its as bad as Maryland its insaine you have to have been threatened before you attempt to prevent it
