Sorry, I didn't do this sooner; I just realized that this was an option. Well, This winter at Stowe I found a red AT@T phone in the snow. The died shortly after I am not sure who It belongs too.

I told you already, Try calling some of his contacts and telling them to tell him/her their phone is in your possession. It didn't work the first time but it still has a chance.
