A lot of people did not receive their hoodie for well passed the 4-6 week lead time that we had stated. In fact, a couple people haven't received their hoodie yet (although it should be arriving within a week or so).

Because of this huge blemish, we have created new software to ensure that it never happens again.

Now when you go to our online store, the inventory is reported in real time. This means that you can not order anything that we do not currently have in stock!

A huge shipment of hoodies is to arrive this week, so we will have an inventory, ensuring next-day shipping from now on.

I greatly apologize for our mistakes. This new software will ensure that it never happens again.

ah crap not again!!!!! he did that last month too. at least this time he gave it to a girl. i guess that just means that i'll have to take a picture of you wearing nothing but my hoodie and send it in for the contest. if you're down im down!!!!
