Shinbang

You may get shin bang because your boots are worn out and it may be time to get some new boots, if not then you ski super hard

I destroyed my shin bang by doing 2 things.
1. ibuprofen, ibuprofen, ibuprofenand2. wherever you ski always lean the hell forward. always. on jumps, or just going down.at first it hurts but for me it gets rid of shin bang.
or you could just get full tilts.

wow what i meant to say was to get boots that fit. thats the only way to get rid of shinbang

The only way to get shin bang is by landing backseat or just leaning back. the tongues of boots are designed to prevent that and there fore you should just lean forward
Im pretty sure your shins dont have anything to do with how your boots fit. thats why you have buckles to adjust that
and tightening your boots as tight as you csan doesnt not help imo
