switch three on the large table, went heinously off axis and dropped 20 feet an pretty much over shot the landing...i don't know if he landed on his side, back etc...but he was in a lot of pain in the chest/stomach area

hey,
first off, to anyone who said to go to halifax, they were wrong. i went to windsor and only waited 20 minutes in the emergency room and it only took 3 hours in total and i had a shitload of x-rays. I came down right on my chest and the result is a fractured sterum which is what i thought. I'll be able to ski, but i'm not going to ski wednesday night or at the crabbe comp, by the middle of next week i'll be able to jib at sunday river, that way i'll get a ton of skiing in the first few days. Finally, no one can ever say i'm not tough, because i skied in a comp for the next hour and a half with a fractured sterum, that's tough. thanks for the concern.

UPDATE:
I'll be able to ski by tomorrow if i wanted to, i can do rails and basic easy tricks on jumps by tuesday and by wednesday afternoon, or thursday morning, i should be able to put my A-Game on. Hopefully i'll manage to get some footy over the break, and i'll put it up if i can.

sternum's not good enough to do more than 3's and 180s on jumps and the leg is black.
