Sharpie on Leather Mitts?

I have some WL tan mitts and I want to draw some designs on them. Will a sharpie be a good option or will it wash off after some use?

You’re all good just give it a minute or two to dry and try not to accidentally smear it or something right after you’ve written it

I've got some stuff written in sharpie on 8 year old kincos and It hasn't smeared/bled/rubbed off yet. Your good, go for it!

I don’t know yet, just know I want to draw on them. If they come out looking good I’ll post them

After drawing let them sit for a couple days, then grab some waterproof spray or a leather conditioner like Nikwax and put it over your drawing. It will lock it in.
