This would also be a good opportunity for anyone who needed community service hours for any "infractions" they might have lingering on their records.
 
just check our facebook page for all the details. But for sure we got tons of great prizes, and it all goes to charity so its a win win.
 
send videos to sharetheshred@gmail.com. videos will be judged by a bunch of cool kids, and then the top videos will be selected to play at the event, and will be judged by the audience.
 
More InfoWestminster College will be hosting a ski and snowboard video contest to raise money for a local non profit called SPLORE.

Splore is a Utah-based nonprofit which provides life-enhancing outdoor recreation experiences to people with disabilities or disadvantages. Splore takes people snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, outdoor rock climbing and canoeing in the Wasatch, as well as river rafting on the Colorado and Green Rivers. Rules of the Contest

All individual submissions must be under 2 minutes.

All group videos must be under 4 minutes.

Fees for individual submissions are 10 bucks, fees for group submissions are 15 bucks, and a 2 dollar donation is requested at the door.

All submissions must be in by March 25th. You may register and make your payment online at www.westminstercollege.edu/sharetheshredvideo. Be sure to send your video to sharetheshred@gmail.com.

Top ten of both individual and group submissions will be selected to play at the event. A panel of wise and elite shred warriors will decide who is hot and who is not.

All winners will get sweet prizes from places like Brighton, Skull Candy, Alta, Causwell, Surface, Mocla Salsa,Milo, Christy Sports,Blind Side, Pib's Exchange, Descrete Head Wear and more!

Share the shred, help a sick local non profit, and get to win sick stuff. Its a good thing

 
splore huh? hahah hell ya. this accomplishes two fold for me, on the infraction side and i've wanted to get involved with them. i'll check the facebook page later, thats how i send it in right? any time length requirements?

and ah yeah splore is a good organization that does a lot of good in the local community, thats why we are reppin them. And if you dont make a video, at least come and show ur support, give a few bucks and enjoy the shred.
