Brand new park line in Young Guns at Seymour finished at 10 in the morning on saturday
20' down railto new 25' down railto deck (soon to be hip)to up corrogated pipe that pokes out of the snow and has a gap to landing-----really dope featureto choice of 30' flat bar rail or 25' down rail
Check it out---snows really good and soft for park right now tooP

Haven't seen the park yet, but stoked to come hit some new rails.
 
yo man just hit the park today. it was some dope shit. good job on the jump. do you know if your going to build a cannon box over a decent jump cuz the corrogated tube isnt super skier frienly nor is the gap super huge
 
Mystery Park is starting today== big jumps lots of stepovers like the one under the chair from last year

hopefully have it up and running by the weekend or early next week

New features added to lodge park are:

dont know bout cannon box N corrogated pipe slides really wwell on skis

Ya, ya, I know you all want to boycott Grouse...but for those who are interested, there is a dope three jump line in Quicksilver right now, pretty decent size jumps. Large enough for gettin silly on. Super slushy and fun!
 
grouse has the best jump line on the shore right now for sure but seymour has all those nice down rails

are you kidding me? maybe if u wanna hit ride on boxes and the stupidest street rails ive ever seen. as well as compete with 8000 tourists to get on the screaming eagle bar down quad. take a look at seymours jumps, they are mint.
enjoy your 1080mutes and 270 pretzls on box. as well as your overpriced food and shitty gondola lines, not to mention their sick backcountry skiing.

Are you people actually back to defending Grouse? Talk about ADD. Fuck that and fuck your tourist trap. Seymour is always the better hill year in year out anyway irrespective of kids with y2plays who want to live in denial (and I speak as someone who held one for years, God knows why).

Also, this thread's about Seymour park, so take that trash elsewhere.
 
wow unnecessary, im not gonna just say seymour is better cuase of the seymour bandwagon, grouse stepped it up this year and im not gonna deny it just cause they sucked in the past. if grouse starts to slip you wont hear anyone denying it.
 
They sure did, way to step up, starting a PR war to eliminate backcountry skiing and hence the majority of this sport. Of course that happened a couple of weeks ago, so no doubt everyone's forgotten that ancient history and can go back to putting money into more hilltop restaurants and coffee shops.

you know i wasnt talking about that. the park is fun this year, it wasnt last year, therefore they stepped it up.

It doesn't matter if the park is better than last year, I still don't think anyone should give the Beast That Shall Not Be Named money for what I feel are legitimate reasons and what you people deemed legitimate as recently as a week ago. If you don't care anymore that's up to you, but that's a hell of a short memory.

I don't put money into grouse other than a real cheap pass every march.I don't buy food. I don't buy clothes. I certainly don't encourage anyone without a pass to ride there.The park there is kind of fun right now.
I'll be at seymour tuesday morning (tomorrow) so come ski pleeeeeeeeeease.
 
You should take out the middle jump in the triple jump line, its too close and is gonna ruin speed for the last jump, unless your straight airing the first two... and get them shaped!!!
 
Leave all 3 jumps as is.They better open soon. There was a guy driving a cat in the way today.They are fine as is, just a final shaping is needed with a shovel.Rail park. So sick.
