played with friends quite a lot of the past few years, been playing online for a while now too. We don't play in real life much these days, we play a game called Carcassonne now. Look into it, it's pretty awesome, especially when you get a couple of the expansions.

I've only played this game once but I remember it being really fun. I'm gonna have to get this game.

no way, ore and wheat on a port of either if the numbers come out right-is the way to go...throw a few settlements down and on almost every roll you could build those up to cities.

longest road's for vags

this. brick and wood suck. you gotta get the ore and wheat and maybe sheep to get those development cards. Get a couple of cities and some 2 for 1 ports and you're done.
