Seth Vicious vs Hippy Stinx (touring question)

So they appear to have almost the exact same construction and dimensions. Could someone give me a lesson on how touring skis are different and why one wouldn't buy Stinx instead of the Vicious as even a regular everyday non-touring ski? Thank you.

Its meant to be a tele ski, and the only difference apart from graphics and marketing, is that it has binding inserts.
